We wasted months whilst she kept resubmitting draft contracts that were contrary to the deal we agreed with the buyers. She even asked for warranties on the build despite the house being over 100 years old. But that is only half of it, shr even went so far as to accuse my solicitor of breaching data protection laws by keeping the agent up to date on the sale only to then call my bank to ask for information without my authority - stay far far away. According to the agent no offer ever made with this solicitor involved has resulted in a completion of the sale"
