During my stay of 2 nights they took amazing care of me and my wife. They managed to get my heart back in rhythm. Many thanks to all the staff involved."

"I recently accompanied my cousin to this hospital, and it was one of the worst healthcare experiences we've ever had. The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful from the start. Communication was a major issue—most of the staff did not speak English, and there was little to no effort made to bridge the language gap. Because my cousin doesn’t speak Spanish, they were essentially ignored and not given proper care. It felt like they were being mistreated simply for not speaking the local language. Things got so bad that we had to contact the German consulate in Mallorca to step in and help us communicate and advocate for proper treatment. No one should have to involve a consulate just to receive basic medical care. This experience was extremely stressful and disappointing. I strongly urge the hospital to invest in proper language support and staff training to ensure all patients are treated with dignity, regardless of their nationality or language."

"The help I received from reception through triage to having my wound stitched was excellent. There was a translator available to help throughout. The nurses who looked after me were 1st class and very caring. The Doctor was attentive to my needs and explained the treatment and after care procedures to me through a translator which was very helpful. My gratitude to everyone who cared for me and helped ease some of the anxiety I had being in a foreign hospital."

"My care on the day was perfect, but this appointment was a follow up appointment that was meant to be arranged and the details emailed to me. This did not happen so I had to call the hospital and make my own appointments. This was also not understood so my doctor came out and re arranged to make the correct appointment - which he did quickly and easily."

"We were transferred from a cruise ship because my wife's blood pressure was very high plus she had norovirus. After various tests we were transferred to room 130 and were there for a week. I was allowed to stay with her and given a ticket which allowed me to have breakfast, lunch and dinner. Christine received excellent treatment and we found the doctor and nurses very caring and easy to deal with. The hospital is very modern and has grounds with benches where you can relax. There were international desks and we dealt mainly with Joanna and Alice who helped us with various forms for the insurers and explained things to us. A fit to fly certificate was issued once the norovirus had gone which enabled us to return home. Thank you, for looking after Christine so well and for helping with the paperwork etc. We would also thank Jorge the Port Agent for getting our passports stamped."
